Manchester United have agreed to sell Mason Greenwood to Marseille.
This was revealed by football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano on Tuesday night.
Greenwood spent last season on loan at Getafe, where he netted eight goals and provided six assists in LaLiga.
But on his return to the Carrington training centre, the 22-year-old was informed he was up for sale.
Greenwood will now sign a deal until June 2029 with Marseille.
Romano wrote: “The contract offered by Olympique Marseille to Mason Greenwood is valid until June 2029.
“Man United will have close sell-on clause close to 50% of the future sale from June 2025 to June 2029.
“Done deal between clubs, salary details, including bonuses being discussed.”
