Kasimpasa of Turkey defender, Kenneth Omeruo, will captain the Super Eagles against Guinea-Bissau on Monday (today).

The encounter against the Djurtus will be Nigeria’s 100th game at the Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON.

Omeruo will take the place of injured William Troost-Ekong in the starting line-up for the game.

The 30-year-old was an unused substitute in Nigeria’s first game against Equatorial Guinea.

The centre-back featured as a substitute in the 1-0 victory against the Elephants of Cote d’Ivoire last week Thursday.

He has made 100 appearances for Nigeria.
