Niger Tornadoes head coach, Majin Mohammed believes that early preparation for the 2024-25 Nigeria Premier Football League season will improve the team’s performance.

The Ikon Allah boys managed to escape relegation in the just concluded season.

The Minna club ended the season with a 2-1 victory over Sunshine Stars at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium, Kaduna on Sunday.

Mohammed said the club’s management must put the necessary machinery in motion to help the team do well next season.

“Let’s wait until next season but a stitch in time saves nine,” he told the club’s media.

“Whatever we want to do next season, we need to start early in order to achieve success.”

Niger Tornadoes garnered 51 points from 38 matches in the 2023/24 campaign.
