Super Eagles head coach Jose Peseiro will alter his formation for the side’s final group game against Guinea-Bissau, DAILY POST reports.
Peseiro went for a 3-4-3 formation in the side’s last game against hosts Cote d’Ivoire.
The formation worked out as the three-time champions stifled the Elephants and recorded a 1-0 victory.
Peseiro, DAILY POST learnt, will adopt a flexible formation (4-3-3) against the Djurtus.
The Portuguese will revert to a four-man defence as opposed to the five he used against Cote d’Ivoire.
Kelechi Iheanacho or Joe Aribo will come into the midfield, with Alhassan Yusuf expected to miss out again as he is yet to recover from the injury he picked up in the game against Equatorial Guinea.
Nigeria and Guinea-Bissau will clash at the Felix Houphouet Boigny Stadium on Monday.
