Enyimba head coach, Olanrewaju Yemi, has expressed his disappointment following the club’s disappointing draw with Bayelsa United.

The Aba giants stumbled in the title race after they were held to a 1-1 draw by the visitors in Aba.

The title holders dropped to third position on the table following the result.

Enyimba are now four points behind Rangers with two games remaining before the end of the campaign.

“I had to talk to the players because they felt very bad after they heard that the 3 goals and 3 points had been awarded to Rangers,” Olarenwaju explained.

“It really affected us. You could see that in the first half, they were slow and didn’t want to train yesterday morning. I had to motivate them and tell them that the season is not over and we have to keep fighting.”
