Super Eagles midfielder, Alex Iwobi, has shifted attention to Monday’s clash with the Squirrels of Benin Republic, DAILY POST reports.

The three-time African champions played a disappointing 1-1 draw with the Bafana Bafana of South Africa in Uyo on Friday.

The Super Eagles now need a win against Benin Republic to get their qualification campaign back on track.

Iwobi has, however, put the result against South Africa behind him and is firmly focused on the clash with their neighbours.

”Not The Result Wanted… Another Game To Look Forward To,” the Fulham playmaker wrote on X.

The Super Eagles currently occupy fifth position on the Group C table.
