Enyimba head coach Olanrewaju Yemi says the outcome of their matchday 35 encounter with Rangers won’t affect his relationship with the Flying Antelopes boss, Fidelis Ilechukwu.
Rangers will host Enyimba in a crucial clash at the Nnamdi Azikwe Stadium on Sunday.
The Enugu club occupy top spot on the log with 61 points, while Enyimba are second with 59 points.
Yemi believes that both coaches will be playing to defend the colours of their clubs in the game.
“Everyone has to defend his club and try to get the job done,” Yemi told NPFL media.
“He is a great guy I have a lot of respect for and nothing will change no matter the results in Enugu”.
“Ilechukwu is a senior and more like a big brother to me. He left MFM when I got there and we have a good relationship.”
