Kobbie Mainoo is set to sign a lucrative new contract at Manchester United.
However, the England midfielder wants to put talks on hold until after the Euros, reports the Daily Star.
Mainoo has enjoyed a breakout campaign with United since he made his first start in October.
He then went on to establish himself and score in the FA Cup final, as they beat Manchester City 2-1 at Wembley.
The Red Devils are now eager to secure Mainoo’s long-term future with a new deal that will see him quadruple his wages to around £80,000 a week.
The player himself has agreed to the deal in principle but wants to put negotiations on hold until July.
