Atletico Madrid are considering an exchange involving Joao Felix and Manchester United’s Mason Greenwood, according to Spanish outlet todofichajes.
Felix’s future at Atletico Madrid remains unclear after his loan spell at Barcelona last season.
Atletico’s director of football, Andrea Berta, has proposed the swap.
Greenwood had a productive season on loan at Getafe, scoring 10 goals and providing six assists in 36 appearances for the Spanish club.
Despite his contributions, Manchester United are expected to sell Greenwood, valued at £40 million, following his involvement in a prolonged court case regarding alleged sexual assault.
Greenwood is said to be valued at £40 million.
