Bologna star Joshua Zirkzee has left the door open for a potential exit from his club this summer as Arsenal show interest.

Zirkzee has had a standout season with Bologna, scoring 11 goals in Serie A.

He also contributed significantly to the club’s fifth-place finish and subsequent qualification for the Champions League.

Arsenal is in search of a new striker and has listed the 23-year-old as a candidate, alongside Newcastle United’s Alexander Isak.

Speaking about his future amid interest from Arsenal, Zirkzee told Corriere Di Bologna: “At the moment, my head is only in Bologna. I want to recover from the injury and have some nice holidays in the United States with my childhood friends and then we’ll see what happens.”
