Remo Stars Ladies have congratulated their players, Hannah Ibrahim and Adegoke Taiwo, for their impressive performance in the Flamingos’ win over Burkina Faso.

Ibrahim and Adegoke played crucial roles in the Flamingos’ 7-1 aggregate win over the Burkinabes in the 2024 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup qualifier.

The duo started the second match played at the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja.

“Congratulations to our defenders, Hannah Ibrahim and Adegoke Taiwo on representing the nation in an emphatic win over Burkina Faso,” Remo Stars Ladies wrote on X.

Nigeria will face Liberia in the final qualifying round.

Dominican Republic will host the competition from from October 16 to November 3.
