Jose Mourinho is favourite to move to the Saudi Pro League after he was sacked by Roma on Tuesday, the UK Metro reports.
The 60-year-old has left the Serie A side after two-and-a-half years.
Mourinho helped the club win their first European trophy in 61 years by lifting the Europa Conference League in May 2022.
But he has been dismissed following a run of one win in five games, which leaves Roma in ninth place.
Roma’s former captain, Daniele De Rossi is the frontrunner to replace Mourinho as manager.
But Mourinho himself is set to head to the Middle East. The former Chelsea and Manchester United have turned down approaches for Saudi Arabia to stay in Italy.
