Fulham defender, Calvin Bassey has credited manager, Marco Silva for the team’s impressive performance in the Premier League this season.
The Whites kept their 10th clean sheets of the season in the 0-0 draw against Brentford at the Gtech Community Stadium on Saturday.
Fulham have also already guaranteed their safety in the Premier League this season with few games left in the campaign.
Bassey believed that with Silva in charge, the London club are guaranteed more success in future.
“The disruption [of injuries] didn’t help at times but we’ve all stayed focused and trusted the manager and the plan,” Bassey was quoted by the BBC.
“What he’s been building has been amazing so we’re looking forward to the future.
“It’s important we bring those principles and carry on what the manager has built here.”
Bassey linked up with Fulham from Eredivisie giants, Ajax last summer.
