Kwara United technical adviser, Kabiru Dogo has expressed delight with his team’s 4-1 win over Rovers FC in the President Federation Cup Round of 64 tie.

Dogo pointed out that it was the first time his team recorded a huge scoreline in a match this season.

Emmanuel Ogbole fired a hat-trick, with Godwin Oshagbemi scoring the other goal.

Dogo also assured that his team won’t underrate any opponent in the competition.

“I am happy we took our chances,” he stated in a post-match interview.

“That was the first time we scored four goals in a match this season.

“We have a mission in the Federation Cup, and we will take each match as it comes. We wouldn’t underrate any opponent. Every game is a final in this competition.”

Kwara United’s next match is the outstanding NPFL encounter against Rivers United on Wednesday, May 8, 2024.
