Antonio Conte has ‘offered himself’ to his former club, Chelsea, as he eyes a return to Stamford Bridge.

Calcio Mercato reports that Conte has put the feelers out to convince the Blues to hire him.

The Italian spent two seasons in charge of Chelsea between 2016 and 2018.

Conte has not managed any team since he left Tottenham by mutual consent in March 2023.

He has won trophies as a manager with Chelsea, Juventus, and Inter but whether he returns to the west London outfit remains to be seen.

Current Chelsea manager, Mauricio Pochettino, is under pressure with the team struggling in mid-table and looking likely to miss out on European football for a successive year.
