Late arrivals, Kelechi Iheanacho and Terem Moffi put up a good showing in Super Eagles’ training on Monday night.

The session took place at the Ecole Nationale de la Police, Abidjan.

Iheanacho, was a major doubt for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations after sustaining a muscle while on duty for Sky Bet Championship club, Leicester City look fit and ready for action.

The 27-year-old alongside vice-captain, William Troost-Ekong and winger Moses Simon also addressed the players before training commences.

Moffi, who arrived the team’s Pullman Hotel base on Sunday showed his readiness for action with a spirited display in training.

The Super Eagles will step up their preparation for Thursday’s Group B fixture against the Elephants of Cote d’Ivoire with a closed doors training session on Tuesday (today).
