Former Liverpool defender, Jamie Carragher, has said the Reds’ Premier League title hopes are over.
Carragher was speaking on Sky Sports following a 2-0 defeat at Everton.
Jarrad Branthwaite and Dominic Calvert-Lewin scored for the Toffees as they shocked Jurgen Klopp’s men.
The result means Liverpool are now three points behind leaders, Arsenal and one more than Manchester City, who have two outstanding fixtures.
Carragher said: “This is the end of the title run for Liverpool.
“It almost feels like the end. They just have to make sure they finish the season strongly.
“They are not clinical enough in both boxes.”
