The Manchester City duo of Erling Haaland and Phil Foden were absent in training on Tuesday afternoon.
This has raised fears that they could miss their trip to Brighton in the Premier League on Thursday.
Haaland was not even included in the squad for their FA Cup semi-final win over Chelsea on Saturday.
Foden is now another scare after the playmaker, who is also City’s second top scorer, was absent from training, reports the Independent.
Pep Guardiola’s men could go into the game at the Amex Stadium, four points behind title rivals Arsenal and Liverpool, if they beat Chelsea and Everton, respectively.
