Warri Wolves players have been charged to gear up for more challenges ahead of the final fixtures in the Nigeria National League this season.
The chairman of the club, Neville Ambakederemo, gave the charge in a chat with the club’s media.
Ambakederemo assured that the management will give the team necessary support in their quest to secure promotion to the Nigeria Premier Football League.
He urged the players to be resilient in the fight for promotion.
“I urge the team to remain United and play with much more resilience and commitment knowing that we have had a focus for the past Seasons,” he told the club’s media.
“Quite unfortunate how we started the race this season but thank God for a better outing in the second stanza, the B conference is actually very tight as it stands so we are very very hopeful.
“The four games remaining are very tough, this is where I call on the team to remain resilient and play with commitment and passion like our lives depend on these results.”
Warri Wolves currently sixth position on the Group B table.
The Seasiders will face Crown FC next at the Kwale Township Stadium on Sunday.
