Nigeria defender, Sani Faisal is set to join South African club, Chippa United on a permanent transfer, DAILY POST reports.

Faisal will link up with the Chilli Boys from four-time Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL,champions, Kano Pillars.

The left-back will join compatriot, Stanley Nwabali, at the club.

According to a report in snl24, the former Kwara United player will move to Chippa United in the summer.

Faisal is one of the highly rated defenders in the NPFL.

He has already been capped at international level by Nigeria.

Goalkeeper Daniel Akpeyi, James Okwuosa and Augustine Kwem are some of the Nigerians who have played for Chippa United in the past.
