Manchester United midfielder, Casemiro, has claimed that the team’s poor form is giving him sleepless nights.

The Brazilian has now said the Red Devils need to adopt a “day to day” mentality and not get distracted by the race for Champions League places.

United are sixth on the table with 49 points.

Erik ten Hag’s men are 11 points behind fourth-placed Tottenham.

“It’s difficult. This is the point that bothers me most about not fighting for titles.

“Being 20 points behind first place. Sometimes, I can’t even sleep to try to think about doing something different. It’s reality. There’s no point in thinking about title or Champions League places, we need to think about today’s games,” Casemiro told ESPN Brazil after Sunday’s clash with Liverpool.
