Real Madrid defender Dani Carvajal has welcomed Kylian Mbappe’s imminent move to the LaLiga club.
The Spaniard insists that the club has not informed the squad about Mbappe’s impending arrival, although it has been widely reported that both parties have agreed a deal.
Caravajal is however keen on playing alongside the France captain.
According to him, players of Mbappe and Barcelona star Lewandowski’s stature help to elevate the standard of La Liga.
In an interview with COPE, the defender said of Mbappe: “They haven’t told us anything. It seems that it is a possibility that he can come.
“In Madrid, the best have to come and he is one of the best. For the League and our football, it would be good, just like Lewandowski has gone to Barcelona.”
