The Benue State Working Committee of the All Progressives Congress, APC, has approved the suspension of the State Welfare Secretary of the party, Benjamin Omakolo.

A statement issued by the party’s state publicity secretary, Daniel Ihomun, on Saturday in Makurdi said Omakolo’s suspension was ratified by the executives of Igoro Ward in Apa Local Government Area.

He was accused of misappropriation of funds, gross insubordination, non-payment of party dues, and anti-party activities.
