Fox News host Sean Hannity hinted Monday that if Donald Trump followers are offended by debate host ABC News, half the country will not visit the theme parks belonging to the network’s parent company, Disney. (Watch the video below.)
“Barring some kind of political miracle, this debate will not be fair,” Hannity said. “ABC-Disney is officially a woke, left-wing organization.”
The conservative personality accused one of the moderators, David Muir, of extreme bias, based on a conservative poll. He also attacked George Stephanopoulos, who works for the network but is not a moderator for Tuesday night’s showdown between Trump and Democratic nominee Kamala Harris.
Broadening his attack, Hannity chided late night talk shows, including ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” for being “hard-core politically left,” before focusing on his point about Disney and its CEO, Bob Iger.
“Maybe Bob Iger and his left-wing heir apparent, maybe they don’t want half the country to attend their theme parks,” Hannity said. “Maybe they don’t care about their tanking stock price, which is their prerogative.”
“They’re free to make that choice, but if they are biased against Donald Trump, as they have been leading into tomorrow night as their nightly newscast is, half the country is not going to like it one bit,” Hannity said ominously. “They are not going to like ABC-Disney one bit either.”
