“Daily Show” correspondent Desi Lydic offered up a succinct analysis of the election on Tuesday night as Donald Trump appeared poised to defeat Kamala Harris in the presidential election.
“Fuck all y’all,” she declared, getting bleeped in the process.
“Daily Show” host Jon Stewart cautioned that all the results weren’t in yet, so Lydic broke it down.
“Well, so far, we have the ‘F’ and the ‘C’ and the ‘K’ and the ‘all y’all,‘” she said. “So I’m going to go out on a limb and project a ‘U’ and fuck all y’all.”
She offered an equally blunt dismissal of the pollsters, pundits and analysts who’ve dominated the airwaves in recent weeks.
“I don’t want to hear another pollster or James Carville from some subterranean basement, in his LSU Tigers hat, going, ‘I don’t see how she can lose, now, let me just finish my gumbo,’ and fuck all y’all.”
Stewart said he’d check in on Lydic later.
“Well, you better make it quick, because I’m gonna get started on my Project 2025,” she said, grabbing a bottle of wine.
