Katy Perry got down with Doechii on the MTV Video Music Awards stage, and the pop star’s fiancé, Orlando Bloom, didn’t miss a minute of it on Wednesday.
Perry, who was honored with the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award at this year’s ceremony in New York, performed a medley of hits, which included the debut performance of “I’m His, He’s Mine,” her song with the TDE rapper that’s set to be released Friday.
Bloom, after introducing the singer’s performance, watched from the crowd as the two got intimate on a small, shared stage with Doechii twerking on Perry at one point as she rapped her verse.
Doechii later bent backward as Perry leaned in, nearly kissing her collaborator.
The MTV broadcast quickly — and awkwardly — turned to Bloom, who was slightly nodding along before flashing a smile from his seat.
You can check out the moment below:
Perry would eventually show Bloom some love as she kissed him after wrapping up the performance.
But social media users were all over the camera cut just minutes beforehand.
