Famous Nigerian musician Paul Okoye, a.k.a Rudeboy of the P-Square, has questioned why he and his brothers can’t come together as family members even if they are no longer in business together.
DAILY POST recalls that the crisis rocking the P-Square’s music group, Paul and Peter Okoye, became public after Paul, in an interview, accused his twin brother of petitioning the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, to arrest him.
Reacting to the allegation, Peter, in an open letter on social media, denied the accusations, stating that his focus was on uncovering the truth behind a secret company, Northside Music, allegedly owned by their elder brother, Jude Okoye, and his wife, Ifeoma.
In response, their elder brother, Jude, in an Instagram live session on Saturday, denied the allegations by Peter that he diverted P-Square’s royalties worth millions of dollars into a private account.
However, speaking during an Instagram live session on Monday, August 19, 2024, Rudeboy said, “Even if we don’t do P-Square, can’t we be brothers? Even if we can’t do music, can’t we be brothers?
“Like I said, I don’t want to talk much. I don’t used to talk before. It’s so unfortunate.”
DAILY POST reports that the case between the brothers is still being investigated by the EFCC.
