Comedian John Mulaney and actor Olivia Munn got married this past weekend in upstate New York.
In a story first reported by People and confirmed by HuffPost, Mulaney and Munn tied the knot in what was described as “a simple, intimate ceremony at a friend’s home.”
Besides the bride and groom, only a witness and the couple’s two-year-old son, Malcolm, were at the nuptials.
The ceremony took place almost exactly 10 years after Mulaney’s first wedding to Anna Marie Tendler.
News of the wedding came after speculation last month that the couple was already married, after Mulaney posted and deleted a Father’s Day photo showing him wearing a silver band on his ring finger, according to Page Six.
In April, Munn revealed to People that she had gone through four surgeries, a double mastectomy and medically induced menopause after being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2023.
“I was not someone who obsessed over death or was afraid of it in any way,” she told the magazine. But “having a little baby at home made everything much more terrifying.”
Mulaney told Vogue in May that Munn’s medical issues brought them closer together.
“Olivia and I have been through a lot of things together in the past couple years,” he said. “Just side-by-side, supporting each other through anything. And as her guy, I felt both scared and protective. Even with Malcolm in her lap and me there holding her hand, she was going to be physically fighting this disease alone.”
